Abstract
Розглянуто підходи щодо поняття «інформація» в інформатиці (кібернетиці) та інформація в праві. Акцентується увага на сутності, змісті, та сприйнятті самого поняття «інформація» та її значенні у суспільстві. Наголошується на необхідності дослідження проблем інформації, а її сутності, процесів її збирання, обробки, зберігання, передачі, розповсюдження в контексті сучасного інформаційного суспільства.

Action at law concept of «information» in computer science (cybernetics) and the right to information. Attention is focused on the nature, content and perception of the concept of «information» and its meaning in society. The necessity of research into the problems of information, its essence, the process of collecting, processing, storage, transmission, distribution in the context of modern information society.
