Legal enforcement and development directions of health law in Ukraine

Abstract

The development of medical law should take place systematically based on scientific basis and guided by international experience. The article describes the tendencies and prospects of the medical law development of Ukraine in the context of globalization and European integration processes. The aim of this work is to investigate the problems of legal enforcement and directions of the medical law development in Ukraine.
