Description
The article is devoted to the analyses of basic characteristics of Christian legal tradition in modern conditions. Universal features and unity of Christian legal tradition are disclosed. The author stresses, that this tradition is developed in the conditions of separation of law and state. It is emphasized that some elements of Christian legal tradition extend out of the territorial borders of its original genesis.
