In the current legislation, the definition of design «government health insurance» is not enough. To the state the task of constructing such a system of social protection, which could quickly and accurately to improve the lives of disadvantaged population groups, without simultaneously limiting influence on the development of the economy.
State health insurance is regulated by law relations between insured persons, policyholders, insurers and health care providers, with the aim of realization of citizens‘ constitutional rights to health care, provide material support of the cost of providing the necessary amount of medical services through targeted use of funds health insurance Fund, which are formed by payment of compulsory insurance contributions, and income from other sources provided by law.
