Abstract

Лише за десятиріччя екологічна політика Євросоюзу здобула статус одного з центральних завдань європейської інтеграції. В Установчих документах ЄС були закріплені конституційні основи охорони довкілля, на базі яких будується структура інститутів й органів, удосконалюється їх повноваження й компетенція, розвиваються процедури прийняття екологічних рішень.Only in a decade the environmental policy of the European Union has found the status of one of the central problems of the European integration. The constitutional bases of environment protection have been fixedin in Establishing EU documents, which apear as a base of institutes and bodies structure. Their powers and the competence are improving as well, as procedures of making environmental decisions. The considerable attention is given to implementation of legislation and activization of a civil society in nature protection activity.
