Abstract
Стаття досліджує правовий зміст права на харчування, а також проблему боротьби з голодом та недоїданням як фактори, що впливають на забезпечення прав людини і її гідного існування. Проаналізовані основні види голоду та недоїдання, а також суміжні проблеми, пов’язані з порушенням права на харчування.
Description
The article researches the legal contents of the right to food, as well as problem of the fight with hunger and malnutrition as factor influencing on ensuring of the human rights and his worthy existence. The main types of the hunger and malnutrition’s were analyzed, as well the frontier problems are connected with infringement of the right to food.
