Оскарження нормативно-правових актів: історичний аспект

Abstract

Стаття присвячена висвітленню історичних аспектів щодо оскарження нормативно-правових актів. Виділено кілька етапів становлення й розвитку інституту оскарження нормативно-правових актів і розглянуто його особливості на відповідному етапі.В статье освещаются исторические аспекты, касающиеся обжалования нормативно-правовых актов. Выделено несколько этапов становления и развития института обжалования нормативно-правовых актов и рассмотрены его особенности на соответствующем этапе.Article is devoted to covering of historical aspects concerning the appeal of normative acts. Some stages of formation and development of institute of the appeal of normative acts are allocated and considered features of institute of the appeal of normative legal acts at the corresponding stage. Positions of Constitutions, laws and international acts, are analysed by which the institute of appeal developed and perfected normative acts. Certain suggestions are made in relation to an improvement at legislative level of institute of appeal normative acts.
