Abstract
Розглядаються проблеми доступу до правосуддя населення у сільській місцевості. Визначено три групи таких проблем: територіальні, організаційні і економічні. Сформульовано пропозиції для вирішення проблем доступу до правосуддя людей, які проживають у сільській місцевості.

Problems of access to justice of the population in the rural аreas are considered. Three groups of such problems are defined: territorial, organizational and economic. Offers on solution of problems of access to justice of people who live in the rural аreas are formulated.
