Abstract
Description
The problem of the sanity formula has been examined in science many times, but the question of a formula for limited sanity has not been studied yet. The views of various scientists regarding this issue have been considered in the article. The author's vision of criteria and attributes of limited sanity is suggested taking into account the norms of the new Criminal Code of Ukraine. Attention is drawn to the foreign experience of fixation and applying such a norm.
