Abstract

Стаття присвячена дослідженню можливостей використання методу порівняння під час перевірки показань на місці. Розглянуто значення порівняння та тактичні прийоми, засновані на цьому методі.

Description

The article is devoted to the research of possibilities of the use of a method of comparison at verifying testimony at the crime scene. The importance of a method of comparison at carrying out of this investigatory action and tactical receptions based on this method are examined.
