Abstract
Визначення публічних інтересів у сфері обігу лікарських засобів дозволить створити механізм захисту публічних інтересів у сфері обігу лікарських засобів, який здійснюється, по-перше, прямими засобами шляхом стандартизації, сертифікації, ліцензування, державного регулювання окремих умов договірних відносин через державне замовлення лікарських засобів та контроль за їх обігом, по-друге, непрямими засобами шляхом провадження врівноваженої державної цінової політики, виваженої державної податкової політики та державної експортно-імпортної політики.

Definition of public interests in the sphere of circulation of medicines will allow to create the mechanism of protection of public interests in the sphere of circulation of medicines, which is, first, direct means of standardization, certification, licensing, state regulation of certain conditions of the contractual relationship through the state ordering of medicines and control of their turnover, and secondly, by indirect means, through the implementation of a balanced pricing policy of the state, a balanced state tax policy and state export-import policy.
