Abstract
Проаналізовано можливості використання технології блокчейн у сфері охорони здоров'я. Розглянуто нормативно-правові акти, запровадження яких є передумовою використання цієї технології. Встановлені теоретичні підстави правового забезпечення технології блокчейн в охороні здоров'я, в тому числі з метою захисту прав пацієнтів. Обґрунтовано необхідність юридичної регламентацiї використання цієї технології різними суб'єктами цивільного права, враховуючи приватно-правову природу цiєї системи. З’ясовані порядок застосування цієї технології як у медичній практиці, так i в фармацевтичній діяльності.
Description
The possibility of using the blockade technology in the sphere of public health has been analyzed. The normative and legal acts are considered, the introduction of which is a prerequisite for the use of this technology. The theoretical foundations of the legal provision of the blockade technology in health protection, in particular for the protection of the rights of patients, have been established. The necessity of legal regulation of the use of this technology by various subjects of civil law, having regard to the private and legal nature of this system, has been explored. The order of application of this technology is found out both in medical practice and in the pharmaceutical activity.
