Органы местного самоуправления как субъекты профилактики преступлений

Abstract

In the theses it is noted that such a kind of fighting against criminality like preventive measukes should be headed by the bodies of local self-government. In this connection some provisions of the Law o f Ukraine "about Local Self-government in Ukraine" detekmining the poweks of the local self-government bodies in the sphere of social government are analyzed. It is also paid attention to the necessity of realization on the local level of the special preventive programmes and also the possible sources of their financing are pointed ait.
