Description
This paper is devoted to the theme of public-private partnership (PPP) in the area of innovation. Model of public-private partnership (PPP) in the field of science and innovation is considered by the EU and the OECD as the alternative of concession model of PPP in the infrastructure and social services. In this paper it was analyzed the practices of the EU under the types, legal forms and levels of partnership.
