Abstract
В статье рассматриваются общие (институциональные, процессуальные, материальные) и специальные гарантии прав и свобод человека, предусмотренные Конвенцией о защите прав человека и основоположных свобод 1950 года и Хартией основных прав Евросоюза 2000 года; юридические гарантии прав человека и гражданина, закрепленные в Конституции Украины и отраслевом законодательстве; механизмы судебной защиты прав человека на национальном и международном уровнях.
The article deals with the general (institutional, procedural and material), and special safeguards human rights and freedoms under the European Convention on Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms 1950 and the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights in 2000, legal guarantees of human rights and civil rights enshrined in the Constitution of Ukraine and sector-specific legislation, mechanisms of judicial protection of human rights at the national and international levels.
