Abstract
In the article the general questions of institute of participation in an International and national Criminal law on the example of Criminal Code of Ukraine 2001 (further CC of Ukraine) are examined and the most meaningful international criminal and legal acts; genesis of institute of participation taking into account the variety of sources of international criminal law is presented.
