Abstract
Автор анализирует законодательство Украины, посвящённое регулированию отношений, возникающих по поводу предотвращения вредного воздействия вод. Исследует элементы, составляющие понятие «вредное воздействие вод» и обосновывает своё определение данного понятия.
The author analyzes legislation of Ukraine, which regulates relations, that arise because of prevention of harmful influence of waters. He analyzes elements, which compose the concept of harmful influence of waters and gives arguments for his own definition of this concept.
