Abstract
У статті розглядаються сучасні досягнення у сфері організації освіти, акцентується увага на перспективній формі навчального процесу – дистанційній освіті, аналізуються переваги та недоліки такої форми у сфері підготовки юридичних кадрів. Окремо звернено увагу на реалізовані спроби запровадження новітніх технологій у вищу юридичну школу.
В статье рассматриваются современные достижения в сфере организации образования, акцентируется внимание на перспективной форме учебного процесса – дистанционном образовании, анализируются преимущества и недостатки такой формы в сфере подготовки юридических кадров. Особое внимание уделено сделанным попыткам внедрения новейших технологий в высшую юридическую школу.

Description
In the article it is considered modern achievements in a field of organization of education. Тhe dynamic development of science and technology, public relations and information technology over the past half century was marked by the fact that information has turned into the most influential factor in economic growth and political independence, improving its information security. This undoubtedly requires a review of traditional approaches to create, organize, transfer and use of information resources, especially in the field of education and science. The most important condition for further innovative development – the creation of advanced information educational environment oriented to (1`) the harmonization of national and international higher education, including legal education; (2) the quality and innovation therein; (3) competitiveness, national and international recognition; (4) the introduction of an extensive system of formal and informal education, the development of distance e-learning; (5) participation in national and international corporate educational projects and programs; (6) integration into the European Higher legal education; (7) stable partnerships with employers; (8) the impact on the politics of higher legal education in the European region; (9) improving the efficiency and quality of information support training activities with a focus on global telecommunication technologies. Background is due to the creation of conditions for the intellectual, moral spiritual, aesthetic and physical development of the person who contributes to the knowledge skillful and educated person, as required by the educational process. The aim of the paper is guided list of the world’s innovative educational technologies in higher education, as well as proposing the introduction of these innovations in the educational process of our country. It is underlined the perspective form of educational process – remote education, it is analyzed advantages and disadvantages of this form in a field of training of lawyers. Individual attention is devoted to attempts of application of newest technologies in a highest legal school.
