Abstract
В работе обращается внимание на необходимость определения особенностей действия общеправового принципа гуманизма в уголовном процессе Украины. Рассматриваются положения, составляющие данный принцип. Предлагается четкое его определение. Обращается внимание на необходимость его нормативного закрепления.
Description
In this work the attention has been given to necessity of the determination of the peculiarity of action of the generally accepted legal principle of humanism in the criminal procedure of Ukraine. The positions composing this principle have been considered. The clear definition of the principle of humanism in criminal has been proposed. The attention has been to the necessity of its normative fixing.
