Abstract
Анализируются понятие, признаки и система процессуальных решений следователя, основания их классификации. Аргументируется необходимость классификации таких решений по функциональной направленности уголовно-процессуальной деятельности следователя.
Description
A concept, the signs and the system of procedural decisions of the investigator, the basis of their classification have been analized. The necessity of classification of such solutions for functional direction of criminal procedure of the investigator have been argued.
