Abstract
В статье исследовано формирование и развитие информационного права в Украине начиная с 1991 года по настоящее время, проанализированы нормативно-правовые акты этого периода, регулирующие отношения в информационной сфере, а также сделан вывод о формировании информационного права в Украине в три этапа.
In the article is investigated the formation and development of information law in Ukraine from 1991 to present, analyze legal acts of this period, regulating relations in the sphere of information, but also concluded that the formation of information law in Ukraine in three stages.
