Abstract
Анализируются такие два аспекта правовой активности, как социальная деятельность и правовое поведение. Дано определение правовой активности в гражданском обществе, раскрыта сущность ее форм и видов. Установлено соотношение правовой активности с правовой коммуникацией субъектов.
The article is devoted to the analysis of these two aspects of legal activity, such as social activity and legal behavior. The legal activity in civil society was defined in article, the essence of forms and species of it were determined. The the ratio of legal activity with the legal communication was found.
