Abstract
У статті досліджено правові норми, ùо регулюють відносини, пов’язані з охороною і захистом прав та інтересів сторін у договорі дарування. Проаналізовано механізми, що забезпечують захист прав дарувальника і обдаровуваного, висвітлені недоліки в правовому регулюванні розглянутого питання.
Description
The article dedicated тоthe legal rules governing the relations connected with the protection and defense of the rights and interests of the parties in donation contract. Mechanisms that protect the rights of the donator and the donee are analyzed. Deficiencies in the legal regulation of the issue are examined.
