Abstract
Стаття присвячена аналізу правового статусу політичних партій як юридичних осіб та проблемам державного фінансування їх статутної діяльності. Проаналізовано діюче законодавства та досвід зарубіжних країн. Питання статусу політичних партій досліджено із врахуванням підстав створення, інтересу та цілей їх діяльності. Звертається увага на можливість звернення політичних партій із конституційною скаргою. Надано авторське розуміння статутної діяльності в аспекті державного фінансування політичних партій.
Description
The article analyzes the legal status of political parties as legal entities and the problems of state financing of their statutory activities. The current legislation and experience of foreign countries are analyzed. The author examines the issues of the status of political parties considered in relation to the grounds of their legalization, interest and goals of their activities. The article considers the possibility of political parties’ appeal with a constitutional complaint. The author's understanding of the statutory activity in the aspect of state financing of political parties is given.
