Abstract
Статья посвящена вопросу определения понятия и признаков потерпевших от половых преступлений. Выделено пять групп таких потерпевших. Особое внимание уделено вопросу возмещения ущерба потерпевшему.
Description
The article is devoted to the question of determination of the definition and the signs of victims of the sexual crimes. Five groups of this victims are selected. The special attention is paid to the question of compensation damages to a victim.
