Abstract
В статье осуществлена общетеоретическая характеристика принципа разумности интерпретации норм права и проанализирована его способность преодолевать абсурдные выводы правотолкования. Также рассмотрено такое свойство разума, как объединение англо-американской и романо-германской правовых систем.
In the article general theoretic characteristic of a principle of a reasonableness of interpretation of legal rules is carried out and its ability to overcome absurd conclusions of legal rules interpretation is analyzed. Such feature of reason as unification of Anglo-American and Romano-German legal systems is reflected also.
