Abstract

The nature, causes and trends of the legal economy are determined in the research. The criteria by which economic order can be defined as legal are grounded. The role of the legal economy in the process of private and public socio-economic interests’ harmonization has been disclosed. Causal relationships of socio-economic transformations, which are taking place in Ukraine, and the formation and implementation of the legal values are discovered and disclosed.
