Злочинність у сфері нотаріату України

Abstract

The article is devoted to the research of the problem of qualification of crimes committed by notaries in Ukraine. The convictions of notaries are analyzed. Attention was drawn to the discussion in the science of criminal law and in law enforcement practice regarding the acute problem of recognizing notaries as subjects of the malfeasance. It is concluded that the changes in the Criminal Code justified, namely, the inclusion of an article on abuse of authority by persons who provide public services.
