Abstract
Розглянуто підходи до розуміння технологій створення програм провадження окремих слідчих (розшукових) дій. Запропоновано процедуру їх застосування у вигляді послідовного здійснення визначених операцій.
Рассмотрены подходы к пониманию технологий создания программ производства отдельных следственных (розыскных) действий. Предложена процедура их реализации в виде последовательного осуществления определенных операций.

Description
The article analyzes the notion of technology in criminalistics and considers approaches to understanding the technologies of creating programmes for specific investigation (search) actions. The article suggests a procedure for their implementation as a sequence of the following operations: 1) determining various typical situations of an investigation action of a particular type that serve as a programme’s criterion factor and determine to what cases it may be applied; 2) determining typical tactical tasks that correspond to situations classified into types and show the correlation between the situation and the tactical task, and determine the investigator’s course of action; 3) developing algorithm solutions for typical tactical tasks and typical situation management; 4) prescribing recommendation blocks to be consulted with in determining typical situations and tasks as well as developing algorithms and formulating explanations for their implementation. The article formulates two directions in the development of programmes for conducting specific investigation (search) actions: universal and targeted, with the latter having a priority status.
