Статья раскрывает особенности правительства в парламентских республиках, его роль и назначение, способы его формирования в зависимости от партийной структуры общества, политической и правовой культуры конкретной страны, роль и значение главы правительства в современных парламентских государствах, участие правительств в законодательном процессе, отношения правительства, парламента и главы государства в этих странах.The article describes the peculiarities of the government in a parliamentary republic, its role and purpose, the methods of its formation, depending on the party structure of the society, political and legal culture of the country, the role and importance of the head of the government in modern parliamentary states, government participation in the legislative process, the relationship of government, parliament and head of state in these countries.
