Abstract
На підставі визначення предмету фінансового права і змісту фінансової діяльності держави, а також розуміння фінансової системи держави з’ясовано, що фінансова система держави виступає сукупністю специфічних елементів, за допомогою яких забезпечується здійснення фінансової діяльності держави, виокремлено притаманні на цій підставі фінансовій системі держави ознаки.
Description
Based on the definition of the object of financial law and the content of the financial activity of the state, as well as the understanding of the financial system of the state revealed that the financial system serves the state set of specific elements by which ensured the implementation of the financial activity of the state, determined inherent features of the financial system of the state on this basis.
