Abstract
Аналізується правосуддя як вид державної діяльності. Робиться висновок, що правосуддя є діяльністю органів судової влади, а не її функцією. В той же час кожному з видів правосуддя притаманні певні функції. У цивільному судочинстві вони зводяться до п’яти функцій, про які йдеться у статті.
Description
Is analyzed а justice as a kind of the state activity. The conclusion is done, that justice is activity of bodies of judicial authority, instead of its function. At the same time the certain functions are inherent in each of kinds of justice. In civil legal proceedings they are reduced to five functions of justice about which there is a speech in clause.
