Abstract
У статті аналізуються та досліджуються проблеми функціонування центрів надання адміністративних послуг у межах відповідної адміністративно‑територіальної одиниці.
Description
The article analyzes and investigates problems of functioning of administrative service centers within the respective administrative and territorial unit. One of the main tasks to be solved by local governments is to create convenient and accessible conditions for receiving administrative services to the population of the respective administrative and territorial unit. As the main purpose of public administration is to provide services, it is the quality of services that each citizen assesses the competence and benevolence of the authorities. It is important that many measures to improve the quality of administrative services can be implemented on their own initiative by local heads, local deputies, and other officials of local self‑government bodies. Mostly, these changes do not require the adoption of new legislation or special support from the central government.
