| Abstract: | Статья посвящена определению правосубъектности спортивных организаций как участников гражданских правоотношений. Правосубъектность определяется как состоящая из трех компонентов: право-, дее- и деликтоспособности. Правоспособность зависит от формы существования спортивной организации и может быть универсальной, специальной и смешанной. Дееспособность реализуется спортивной организацией посредством создаваемых органов. |
| Description: | Article is devoted to definition legal personality of the sports organisations as participants of civil legal relationships. Legal personality it is defined as consisting of three components: the legal capacity and delict capacity. Legal capacity depends on the form of existence of the sports organisation and can be: universal, special and mixed. It is defined that capacity is realised by the sports organisation by means of created bodies. |
