| Abstract: | В статье анализируются требования, предъявляемые Европейским Союзом к органам судебной власти стран, желающих войти в состав этого объединения государств в качестве полноправных членов. В качестве примера приводится характер взаимодействия ЕС с Хорватией, Албанией, Сербией, Черногорией, Турцией и другими странами. |
| Description: | In article the requirements shown by the European Union to bodies of the judicial power of the countries are analyzed, wishing to be a part of this association of the states as full members. As an example character of interaction of EU with Croatia, Albania, Serbia, Montenegro, Turkey and other countries is resulted. |
