| Abstract: | Україна, обравши євроінтеграційний вектор загальнодержавного розвитку, сьогодні прагне максимально наблизитися до стандартів та вимог Європейського Союзу у сфері електронної комерції. Водночас, у сучасних умовах поширення пандемії, цифровізація бізнес-процесів отримує особливу актуалізацію й вимагає закріплення новел врегулювання інноваційних правовідносин у вітчизняному законодавстві. У цьому контексті потребує аналізу подальша перспектива розвитку вітчизняного ринку електронної комерції з урахуванням позитивних європейських практик. |
| Description: | Choosing the European integration vector of national development, Ukraine today is trying to approximate the standards and requirements of the European Union in the sphere of e-commerce. At the same time, in the current pandemic conditions, the digitalization of business processes is especially relevant and requires the consolidation of novelties in the regulation of innovation relations in domestic legislation. In this context, it is necessary to analyze further prospects for the development of the internal e-commerce market, taking into account the positive European practice. |
