| Description: | The article analyzes the taxonomy of the External independent testing for admission to the magistracy in the specialty «Law» and «International Law». It considers its importance for test designers, entrants and institutions of higher education. An example of the taxonomy part of the criminal law of Ukraine shows some problems of the content and structure of the taxonomy. |
