| Abstract: | Стаття присвячена дослідженню актуальних питань розвитку криміналістики в епоху науково-технічного прогресу і зумовленої ним диференціації та інтеграції наукового знання. З метою підвищення ефективності розкриття, розслідування, судового розгляду та запобігання злочинам на основі аналізу успішного зарубіжного і вітчизняного досвіду, а також потенціалу сучасних інформаційних технологій обґрунтовується необхідність інтеграції до криміналістичної техніки системи наукових положень і принципів розроблення та застосування аерофото- і космічної зйомки. |
| Description: | The article is dedicated to study of currently important issues of criminalistics development during the age of scientific and technical progress as well as differentiation and integration of scientific knowledge caused by such progress. In order to increase the efficiency of crime solution, investigation, prevention, and judicial inquiry based on the analysis of successful foreign and domestic experience and the potential of modern information technologies, the necessity of integration of the system of scientific principles concerning the development and application of aerial and space survey into the criminal investigation technique is substantiated. |
