| Abstract: | Рассмотрены принципы общего и специального природопользования применительно к использованию подземных вод. Приведены варианты сочетания режимов пользования недрами и водами при добыче подземных вод. Проанализированы последние изменения в Кодекс Украины о недрах относительно добычи подземных вод. |
| Description: | The principles of general and special use of natural resources with regard to use of groundwater have been investigated in the article. It presents cases of combination of the subsoil use mode and the water use mode when the groundwater extraction. Recent changes to the Subsoil law in relation to groundwater extraction have been studied. |
