Abstract:	В статье исследуется отраслевая принадлежность норм, сформулированных в конвенциях МОТ, механизмы их имплементации в трудовом праве Украины. Обращается внимание на толкование и применение норм международного публичного права как норм трудового права прямого действия.
Description:	The article investigates the problem of identification of the branch of law which the legal rules worded in the conventions of the ILO belong to. The mechanisms of their implementation to labour law of Ukraine are analyzed. The author focuses attention on the problem of interpretation and application of the international public law legal rules as labour law rules of direct effect.
