Обоснована международная правосубъектность человека. |
| Description: | The article is devoted to the clarification of the nature and content of Article 6 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, concerning the recognition of the individual’s legal personality. For this purpose, the methodology of legal personology has been used, as well as a comparative analysis of a numerous translations of the text of Article 6 of the Declaration of 1948. The international legal personality has been proved. |
