| Abstract: | У тезах автором на підставі вивчення наукової літератури проведена класифікація детермінант військових злочинів, а саме причини та умови, що сприяють їх вчиненню: організаційно-управлінські, соціальні, соціально-психологічні, національні, правові. А також ідеологічні, культурні і економічні детермінанти злочинності, які впливають опосередковано. |
| Description: | In the theses the author classifies the determinants of military crimes, namely the reasons and conditions contributing to their commission: organizational and managerial, social, sociopsychological, legal. As well as ideological, cultural and economic determinants of crime, which influence indirectly. |
