dc.description	The article deals with the relationship of morals and law. The author analyses works of the representatives of philosophical thought of the 19-th – 20-th centuries aiming to determine the role of duty in the normative regulation of lawyers' professional activity. The author concludes that ongoing growth of the role of law leads to the enhancement of the role of morals in which freedom and absence of freedom co-exist simultaneously. In the aspect of legal deontology issues such perception of the regulating effect of the duty is very topical both in the theoretical and practical aspect of the court in process of consideration of the civil case and about the need of leading in civil procedural law the institution of correspondence decision.	en
dc.description.abstract	Отже, можна виснувати, що правове регулювання викладених у цій статті проблем має потребу в удосконаленні з огляду на теоретичні напрацювання науки цивільного процесуального права. Вважаємо, що в майбутньому дослідження повноважень місцевого суду в стадії розгляду цивільної справи і проблем заочного рішення регулюватимуться з урахуванням європейського досвіду і сучасних досягнень науки цивільного процесуального права.	en
