| Abstract: | В статье анализируются этапы судебной реформы в Украине. Исследуются три метода судебного реформирования: заимствование иностранного опыта, следование типичной модели, индивидуальный подход. С научной точки зрения обосновывается целесообразность применения индивидуального подхода при реформировании судебной системы Украины. |
| Description: | In the article the stages of judicial reform in Ukraine are analyzed. Three methods of judicial reforming are investigated: borrowing of foreign experience, following of typical model, the individual approach. The expediency of application of the individual approach is proved from the scientific point of view at reforming of judicial system of Ukraine. |
