| Abstract: | Статья посвящена исследованию места и значения социального обеспечения семей с детьми в системе права социальной защиты. Анализируются и обобщаются позиции ученых-правоведов на поднятые вопросы. Делается вывод, что социальное обеспечение таких семей является составляющей частью социальной защиты населения. |
| Description: | The article is devoted to an investigation of the place and role of social welfare of families with children in the social protection law system. Legal scholars’ viewpoints on the problems in question are analyzed and generalized in the work. The conclusion drawn by the author is that social welfare of families with children is a constituent of social protection of people. |
