| Abstract: | Статья посвящена исследованию теоретических основ понятия «эффективность судебной системы». На основании анализа существующих в науке определений эффективности различных государственно-правовых явлений автор предлагает определение эффективности судебной системы. Также исследуется содержание данного понятия путем анализа соотношения цели и результата функционирования судебной системы. |
| Description: | The article is devoted to research of theoretical bases of concept of efficiency of judicial system. On the basis of the analysis of definitions, existing in a science, of efficiency of the various state-legal phenomena, the author offers definition of concept of efficiency of judicial system. The contents of the given concept through the analysis of a parity of the purpose and result of functioning of judicial system also is investigated. |
