| Abstract: | В статье исследуются проблемы обеспечения правопорядка в государстве. Акцент делается на консолидирующую роль прокуратуры среди организаций, которые контролируют технологический процесс в аграрной сфере. Слабость режима законности является последствием неэффективной работы прокуратуры. Предлагаются пути усовершенствования деятельности прокуратуры. |
| Description: | The article deals with problems of ensuring of law and order in the state. The emphasis is made on consolidating role of the Prosecutor’s Office among organizations, which control technological process in agricultural field. The weakness of the regime of legality is a sequence of ineffective work of the Prosecutor Office. Ways of improvement of the Prosecutor’s Office activity are suggested. |
