| Description: | The law of Ukraine «On Judiciary of Ukraine» proclaimed principles of institutional independence of courts and independences of judges, which combine the basis for the mutual relations between different branches of power. Analyzing current legislation the author presents legal pre-conditions of principle of institutional independence of courts, and a new vision of maintenance of this principle. |
