| Abstract: | Развитие общественных отношений в сфере местного самоуправления на современном этапе развития Украины ставит задачи обоснования новых отраслей права как самостоятельных регуляторов. Рассматривается процесс становления муниципального права Украины, характеризуется его предмет, методология, особенности формирования отрасли муниципального права. Последовательно доказывается, что муниципальное право является комплексной отраслью, возникшей на базе основных отраслей права. |
| Description: | The development of public relations in local self-government sphere at the present stage of development of Ukraine puts tasks of a substantiation of new branches of law as independent regulators. The process of formation of the municipal law of Ukraine is considered; its subject, methodology, the features of the branch of the municipal law formation is characterised. The author proves that the municipal law is the complex branch which has arisen on the basis of the principal branches of law. |
