| Abstract: | Проанализировано понятие мыслительных задач следователя при расследовании преступлений. Раскрыто соотношение мыслительных задач и тактических решений, принимаемых для их реализации. Названы виды мыслительных задач, являющихся основой для классификации тактических решений в криминалистике. Проаналізовано поняття розумових завдань слідчого при розслідуванні злочинів. Розкрито співвідношення розумових завдань і тактичних рішень, прийнятих для їх реалізації. Названо види розумових завдань, що є основою для класифікації тактичних рішень у криміналістиці. |
| Description: | The article deals with the issues of defining the classification basics for the investigator’s tactical decisions. It establishes that tactical decisions in the course of investigation are taken with regard to solving a series of tasks while collecting and examining evidence. The article shows that by distinguishing tasks that the investigator faces in the course of crime investigation into types we will be able to formulate the basics for classifying tactical decisions in criminalistics. The author suggests treating separately the investigator’s thinking tasks and tactical decisions taken to solve these tasks and explains the correlation between thinking tasks and tactical decisions taken to solve these tasks. The tactical decision in its implementation is conditioned by a thinking task completely or to some of its extent. The thinking task in the course of investigation determines the type of a tactical decision and constitutes the fundamental basis for its taking. The article enumerates general thinking tasks that can be specified, if necessary, in order to derive specific tasks applicable to particular investigation situations. |
